All Custom Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Once production begins, deposits will not be returned under any circumstance.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect.
