•  All Custom Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Once production begins, deposits will not be returned under any circumstance.

• We reserve the right to refuse artwork or design requests that are deemed unlawful, offensive, or infringe on intellectual property rights. Customers are responsible for reviewing digital proofs; once approved, we are not liable for errors.

• Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect.

• Please allow 24 - 48 hours for our staff to make your treats. Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier transit issues.

Our desserts are made in house by our pastry chef with love and enchantment. Please be advised or deserts are processed in a facility that also processes, eggs, dairy products, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other possible food allergens.
