These terms govern your use of our site, including online orders, custom requests, and interactions with our brand. Ordering and Essential Guidelines
ALLERGY NOTICE: Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of allergens. Please notify us of allergies, but consume at your own risk. PAYMENT: Full payment is required for all online orders at checkout. CUSTOM ORDERS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date for custom products. CANCELLATIONS: Regular orders must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a refund. Custom orders require 7 days notice. SHIPPING & PICKUP: We are not responsible for damage once an order leaves our hands or for delays caused by shipping carries. LOCAL PICKUP: Orders not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited without refund. REFUNDS: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once accepted. If there is a quality issue, please contact us with photos within 2 hours of receipt so we can make it right. PROMOTIONS: Discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.
